Due to our products being personalized and customized, we do not accept returns unless it is a case of a damaged product.  If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. (The sooner the better) We will work with you to determine if a replacement product can be provided. 

For sizing, please refer to sizing charts for correct measurements- if you need assistance with this, please let us know. We want your shirts to fit properly!! We strive to provide the best-fitting and highest-quality shirts for our customers!

Care Instructions:

Personalized Tumblers and Cups:  All items should be hand washed and are not dishwasher safe once a decal is applied. Wash with a mild dish soap and air dry. Straws and lids can be placed in a top rack in the dishwasher, no heat dry.

Customized Shirts:  All shirts can be machine washed, gentle cycle on cold. For best results, turn garment inside out before washing.  Hang to dry. 

Order Time Frames- for most in stock items, we will ship within 2-3 business days. For larger orders and custom shirts, the time depends on supplies needed, quantity, etc. If you have a particular deadline, please let us know and we will do our very best to meet it. In certain circumstances, a small rush fee may be added to cover rush shipping, etc.  Please feel free to message us with any special requests.
